We aim to dispatch your orders in 3 working days (Not Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). However, if a delivery cannot be made within our stated times we will contact you by email (if you have given your details) to advise you of any lateness or non-delivery.
In order to keep delivery costs low for our customers we will use Registered Air Mail for items upto 2kg. Worldwide shipping by Registered Air Mail Small Packet takes 12-20 days usually.
We will deliver to your PayPal registered address, if you have special instructions, please ensure that these are made known at the time of order.
Lost ? Non Delivery Items
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the lost order with the Carrier used. Also you are covered by PayPal protection so you can ask for refund in case of non-delivery.

Any faulty goods will be refunded in full, including a refund of any delivery costs incurred by you for receiving or returning the item.
If you are returning the item due to an error made by us, we will also refund the delivery charges and costs incurred to return the item to us.
We cannot be held responsible for any losses caused as a result of any postal, courier or third party services used when returning an item. We advise you use a registered mail service for your protection.
